Banana and avocado smoothie


For 2 glasses

Ingredients:

  • 4 tbsp La Vida Vegan pistachio paste
  • 2 small bananas
  • 1 large avocado
  • 2 handfuls of almonds
  • 200-400 ml almond milk

Procedure:

Peel the bananas and break them into pieces.

Halve the avocado, remove the stone and scoop out the flesh. Soak the almonds in warm water for 10 minutes for a softer texture.

Put the La Vida Vegan pistachio paste, banana, avocado, almonds and 200 ml almond milk in a powerful blender. Blend until you have a creamy, smooth smoothie. Add more almond milk (up to 400ml) for a thinner smoothie. Mix briefly again.

Add a pinch of sea salt or some extra pistachio paste for more intense flavor.

Serving suggestion:

Pour into glasses and garnish with chopped pistachios, a small sprig of mint or a spoonful of extra pistachio paste. Also delicious as a smoothie bowl with a topping of granola or coconut flakes for extra crunch.
