Choco Coco Iced Coffee


Ingredients:
For 2 coffees

2 Espresso’s
12 ice cubes
80 g vegan sweetened condensed milk (or full-fat coconut milk)
2 tbsp La Vida Vegan almond chocolate spread
100 g coconut drink
2 tbsp toasted coconut flakes





The instructions:

  1. Brew the coffee and set aside.
  2. Put the ice cubes, vegan sweetened condensed milk (or full-fat coconut milk), La Vida Vegan almond chocolate spread and coconut drink in a blender and blend until it has the consistency of a Slushy*.
  3. Pour the mixture into a glass, garnish with the toasted coconut and add a straw.

    Serve immediately.

    * Tip: Store the rest in a sealed container in the fridge so you can drink it again tomorrow!
