1 jar of La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread
1 roll of pizza dough
50 g hazelnuts, roasted
50 g raspberries
10 g coconut shavings
50 g pure chocolate
Get the dough from the fridge and knead into a ball. Divide into four equal parts and shape into a ball. Let the dough rise on room temperature, covered with foil. Preheat the oven with bottom heat at 220°C.
Sprinkle some flour over the workbench and flatten the balls until it shapes into a pizza with a diameter of 15 cm. Spread the La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread over the pizza and bake the pizza in 5 to 6 minutes. Finish off the pizza by adding toppings such as roasted hazelnuts, raspberries, coconut shavings and pure chocolate shavings. Serve immediately.
