Crostinis with chocolate, pomegranate and pistachio


Ingredients:

  • ½ jar La Vida Vegan Pistachio spread
  • ½ French baguette
  • 2 tbsp margarine
  • ½ pomegranate
  • 25 g pistachios





The instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Cut the baguette into thin slices.
  3. Lightly brush the top of the slices with melted plant-based margarine.
  4. Place them on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until light golden brown and crispy.
  5. Let the crostinis cool slightly and spread each slice with a generous layer of La Vida Vegan pistachio spread.
  6. Sprinkle some pomegranate seeds on top for a fresh, juicy touch.
  7. Then sprinkle some chopped pistachios on top for a crunch.
  8. Arrange the crostinis on a pretty plate or board and serve immediately.
