Ingredients:
- ½ jar La Vida Vegan Pistachio spread
- ½ French baguette
- 2 tbsp margarine
- ½ pomegranate
- 25 g pistachios
The instructions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Cut the baguette into thin slices.
- Lightly brush the top of the slices with melted plant-based margarine.
- Place them on a baking tray and bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes, or until light golden brown and crispy.
- Let the crostinis cool slightly and spread each slice with a generous layer of La Vida Vegan pistachio spread.
- Sprinkle some pomegranate seeds on top for a fresh, juicy touch.
- Then sprinkle some chopped pistachios on top for a crunch.
- Arrange the crostinis on a pretty plate or board and serve immediately.
