Ingredients:
10 minutes preparation time
For: 1 person
For the iced coffee:
1 tsp La Vida Vegan Coconut Spread
1 tsp matcha powder
1 tbsp water
5 ice cubes
1 cup espresso
200 ml plant-based milk
For garnish:
1 tsp La Vida Vegan Coconut Spread
1 tsp pistachios (de-shelled)
The instructions:
- Make a nice espresso and let it cool down a bit.
- With the water, make a paste of the matcha powder.
- Mix this paste with the La Vida Vegan Coconut Spread, until it becomes a creamy thick paste.
- Using the back of a spoon, spread the matcha coconut paste into the bottom of your latte glass.
- Finely chop the pistachios (with a knife or in the food processor) and put them on a small plate.
- Roll the rim of the glass through the La Vida Vegan Coconut Spread, then press the rim into the nuts.
- Put the ice cubes in the glass and add the espresso while frothing your milk.
- Add the milk froth and your Iced Coconut Matcha Choco-Latte is ready!
