Melt the La Vida Vegan chocolate paste and the pure chocolate au bain-marie. If you want the peanut clusters to shine, you should temper them first. Add the peanuts once the chocolate has melt, and stir regularly. Move the peanut chocolate mixture to a baking tray covered with baking paper or into a silicon baking form and let it solidify. Serve the peanut clusters with coffee or tea. You can also mix it up by using different nuts or dried fruit.

200g pure chocolate
250g unsalted roasted peanuts
