Baked oats


For 5 bowls
100 g oatmeal
135 ml almond milk
2 ripe bananas
25 g maple syrup
5 g baking powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
pinch of salt

Toppings
La Vida Vegan coconut paste
La Vida Vegan chocolate spread
Chocolate drops
Blueberry
Raspberries
Hazelnuts

  1. Preheat the oven to 170°C.
  2. Grease the dishes with oil.
  3. Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  4. Divide the batter between the bowls and add your favorite toppings.
  5. Put the dishes in the oven and bake for about 20 minutes until golden brown and cooked.
  6. Remove from the oven and serve right away.
