Anti Blue Monday

For 2 glasses
2 tbsp La Vida Vegan coconut paste
1 ripe banana (frozen)
300 ml vegetable milk
100 g blackberries
100 g blueberries
2 tsp. blue spirulina powder
2 tbsp. hemp seeds

  1. Keep some blackberries, blueberries and hemp seeds aside for garnish.
  2. Place the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  3. Add more Spirulina if you want the smoothie to be even bluer.
  4. Divide the smoothie between two glasses and garnish with blackberries, blueberries and hemp seeds.
  5. Insert straws into the glasses and serve immediately.
