Banana sushi


For 4 rolls

1 jar La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread
1 jar La Vida Vegan coconut spread
4 bananas (as straight as possible)
1 pack rolled fondant
Powdered sugar
Rainbow sprinkles
Oreo

Cut up the Oreo cookies finely and put on a plate along with the rainbow sprinkles. Peel the bananas and cut off the ends. Halven the bananas and twist one halve so you get a more straight banana. Roll the fondant out thinly on a kitchen sink covered with powdered sugar, and smear with the La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread or La Vida Vegan coconut spread. Lay the banana on top of the fondant and roll up tightly. Smear the outside of the fondant with a little bit of the La Vida Vegan coconut spread so the decoration sticks. Roll through the Oreo cookies or rainbow sprinkles. Smear the other bananas with La Vida Vegan with La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread or coconut spread and also roll these through the Oreo crumbles or rainbow sprinkles. Repeat until you’re out of bananas and cut them in equally thick chunks, then serve on a platter with chopsticks. Enjoy!
