Chocolate cookies


1 pot La Vida Vegan chocolate spread
150 g flour
100 g margarine
50 g sugar
1 tbsp orange zest
1 tbsp vanilla extract
salt

Make sure the margarine is at room temperature. Put the margarine, sugar, orange zest, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt in a large bowl and mix well. Then add the flour and knead into a dough. Wrap the dough in plastic and leave to rest in the fridge for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 160°C and line a baking sheet with baking paper. Then roll out the dough on a floured workbench. Using a ring cutter, cut out rounds and place the cookies on the baking sheet. Bake for approximately 12 to 15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through. Remove cookies from oven and allow to cool. Fill a piping bag with La Vida Vegan chocolate spread and pipe a good dollop on half of the cookies and cover with the other half of the cookies.
