For 6 brownies

100 g La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread
250 g dates
100 g peanut butter
20 g coconut oil
85 g almonds
40 g cacao

Put the La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread, dates, peanut butter, coconut oil and cacao in a food processor and mix until it becomes smooth and creamy. Finally, add the almonds and mix them but make sure they will not be totally crushed. Cover a baking form with baking paper, spoon the mixture over it and press firmly. Bake the brownies in a preheated oven on 160 degrees, and let it cool down in 15 minutes until it is golden brown and crunchy. Take the brownies out of the oven and let it cool down completely. Cut them into pieces and put some more La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread on it if you feel like it!
