2 tbsp La Vida Vegan dark chocolate spread
300 ml oat milk
1 tbsp agave syrup
4 cardamom pods
1 cinnamon stick
1 centimeter of ginger
Pinch of nutmeg
1 bottle of vegan topping (whipped cream alternative)
- Place the oat milk with the spices in a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil.
- Let the spices steep for a while and strain the warm oat milk.
- Add the La Vida Vegan dark chocolate spread and stir until the chocolate spread is dissolved.
- Pour the hot chocolate into a large mug and pipe a large toddy of vegan topping on top and sprinkle with some cookie spice.
