No-bake pumpkin bites

2 tbsp La Vida Vegan chocolate spread
60 g almond butter
100 g pumpkin
120 g almond flour
20 g coconut flour
1 tsp pumpkin spice
100 g pumpkin seeds
1 tsp. almond aroma

  1. Cut the pumpkin into pieces and cook until tender, drain and let cool completely.
  2. Blend the pumpkin seeds in a food processor until coarsely chopped and pour onto a flat plate.
  3. Place the La Vida Vegan chocolate spread, almond butter, pumpkin cubes and almond aroma in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  4. Then add the almond flour, coconut flour, pumpkin spice and a pinch of salt and mix again until evenly mixed.
  5. Turn balls of the pumpkin-chocolate mixture.
  6. Roll the balls through the pumpkin seeds and serve with a cup of coffee or tea.
