Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Soak the chia seeds in four tablespoons of almond milk.
Mash the bananas into a coarse mass. Peel and dice the apple.
Tear the bread into pieces and put it in a large bowl. Add the almond milk to this. Stir the mixture until everything almost falls apart and you have a paste with coarse pieces.
Add the La Vida Vegan dark chocolate spread, coconut blossom sugar, custard powder, chia seeds, apple, banana, pumpkin seeds and a pinch of salt and stir the mixture well.
Grease a cake tin and pour the mixture into it. Bake the bread pudding for 40 minutes and let it cool slightly before cutting it into thick slices.
