Preheat the oven to 170˚C and cover a baking tray with parchment paper. Melt the coconut oil over low heat until it is liquid. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl and make sure that all ingredients are well mixed. Divide the granola over the baking tray and bake until dry and crispy, which is approximately after 15 minutes. Do not forget to turn the granola regularly. Take the granola out of the oven and let it cool down, before you store it.
