Mix the sugar with cinnamon and set aside. Heat a little sunflower oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Spread the wrap with La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread, crumble a little chipotle over the hazelnut spread and fold the wrap in half. Fry the quesadilla on both sides until golden brown and crispy. Cut the quesadilla into four equal pieces, serve with banana chips and sprinkle with a little chipotle and cinnamon sugar.
