Chocolate mocca mocktail


For 2 mocktails

2 tbsp. La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread
3 espresso
100 ml soyadrink
1 orange
Ice cubes
Mint

Cut two parts from the orange and cut off the peel and use these for garnishing. Make three cups of strong espresso and mix with the La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread and whisk until it has dissolved and let it cool down. Heat the soyadrink and beat fluffy in a milk frother. Divide the chocolate espresso over the two glasses and put the ice cubes in it. Pour the soya foam over the chocolate espresso and garnish the glasses with parts of orange, the strings of orange peel and a sprig of mint. Put a straw in and serve immediately.
