Bliss balls


For about 16 bliss balls

1 tbsp. La Vida Vegan chocolate spread
250 g dates
1 tbsp. peanut butter
1 tbsp. cacao powder
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Coconut shavings
Finely chopped pistachenuts
Finely chopped walnuts
Crispy maïs

Halve the dates and erase the core. If the dates are very dry, let them soak in warm water. Put the La Vida Vegan chocolate spread, dates, peanut butter, cacao powder and vanilla extract in a food processor and mix until it becomes a solid mass. If doesn’t have to be completely smooth , the bliss balls can have some structure. Roll little balls out of the dates mixture. Roll through the coconut shavings, pistachenuts, walnuts or crispy mais. Put the balls in the fridge and let it harden for half an hour.
