Ingredients
For 4 pers.
For the chocolate mix:
2 tbsp La Vida Vegan dark chocolate spread
2 tbsp ripe avocados
1 ripe banana
2 tbsp agave syrup or maple syrup
10 tbsp sweetener
2 tsp vanilla flavouring
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
Further requirements:
400ml vegan vanilla yoghurt
4 slices of vegan cake
4 handfuls of granola (vegan)
4 strawberries
4 tangerine segments
vegan topping (whipped cream alternative)
The instructions
- Blend the ingredients for the chocolate mix in a blender.
- If the mix is still not sweet enough, add extra agave or maple syrup.
- Crumble the slices of vegan cake and divide between nice glasses.
- Spoon the chocolate mix on top.
- Now comes the fresh layer, spoon into each glass on top of the chocomix a layer of vegan vanilla yoghurt.
- Take a handful of granola and sprinkle over the yoghurt, do this just before serving the dessert otherwise the granola will be too soft.
- Finish the dessert with a topping of vegan topping, strawberry and tangerine and serve right away.
