Ingredients
for 2 persons
1 jar of La Vida Vegan dark chocolate spread
2 large croissants
50 g almond shavings
10 strawberries
1 tbsp powdered sugar
Preparation
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and put the almond meal in it right away.
- Toast the almond meal until golden brown and shake out of the pan onto a plate.
- Cut open the croissants and generously spread with La Vida Vegan dark chocolate.
- Wash the strawberries and slice.
- Spread the strawberries over the La Vida Vegan dark chocolate spread.
- Sprinkle with toasted almond shavings.
- Finish with the top of the croissant and sift some powdered sugar onto the croissant.
