Croissants with strawberries and toasted almonds


Ingredients
for 2 persons

1 jar of La Vida Vegan dark chocolate spread
2 large croissants
50 g almond shavings
10 strawberries
1 tbsp powdered sugar

Preparation

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and put the almond meal in it right away.
  2. Toast the almond meal until golden brown and shake out of the pan onto a plate.
  3. Cut open the croissants and generously spread with La Vida Vegan dark chocolate.
  4. Wash the strawberries and slice.
  5. Spread the strawberries over the La Vida Vegan dark chocolate spread.
  6. Sprinkle with toasted almond shavings.
  7. Finish with the top of the croissant and sift some powdered sugar onto the croissant.
