Acai bowl


Ingredients

2 tbsp La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread
2 bags of acai puree (e.g. from freezer)
1 banana, fresh
1 banana, frozen
100 g blueberries, frozen
100 g raspberries, frozen
100 ml coconut water
50 g nut mix
25 g dark chocolate
2 tbsp hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Place the frozen banana, raspberries, blueberries, acai, coconut water and La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread in a blender.
  2. Puree until thick, creamy and smooth.
  3. divide the mixture into bowls.
  4. Garnish with banana slices, nut mix, and hemp seeds.
