Ingredients
For the Snickers bar:
50x Medoul dates
400 g Chunky peanut butter
200 g hazelnuts, roasted and roughly chopped
200 g organic dark chocolate
1 pot La Vida Vegan Dark Chocolate Spread
1 tsp Maldon salt
The instructions
- Cut the dates lengthwise and remove the pit and hard crown.
- Place the dates with the cut side down on a piece of baking paper measuring approximately 30 x 40cm.

- Place the dates with the cut side down on a piece of baking paper measuring approximately 30 x 40cm.
- Heat the peanut butter slightly to make it smooth, spread over the dates and divide the chopped hazelnuts over it.
- Let cool in the refrigerator.
- Melt the chocolate bar au bain-marie and add the jar of La Vida Vegan Dark Chocolate Spread and stir well into a smooth paste.
- Pour this evenly over the date plate and spread the Maldon salt over it.
- Place in the refrigerator for another hour to firm up.
- Place the cooled plate on a cutting board and cut strips with a large knife.
- Wrap in baking paper or in a sealed container.
