Chocolate Hazelnut dessert

Servings: 4 people


For the mousse:
130 gr aqua faba (from e.g. 350g jar of organic chickpeas or make yourself)
100 g La Vida Vegan Hazelnut chocolate spread
2 ripe avocados, no seed and peeled

To garnish:
45 g hazelnuts, roughly chopped
2 tbsp puffed quinoa

The instructions

  1. Pour the aqua faba from a jar of chickpeas in a bowl.
  2. Use an electric mixer to whip up the mixture.
  3. Mash the avocados finely using a hand blender / chopper / press with a spoon through a strainer.
  4. Lightly heat up the La Vida Vegan Hazelnut Chocolate spread and pour this with the mashed up avocados.
  5. Carefully spoon in the aqau faba to keep the mixture airy.
  6. Add the mixture to a piping bang and divide over 4 glasses.
  7. Place the glasses in the refrigerator for an hour to firm.
  8. Garnish with the chopped hazelnuts.
