Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
• 16 dates
• 4 tbsp So Vegan So Fine chocolate spread (any variety)
Topping:
• 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
• 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
• 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
• 1 tbsp shredded coconut
Instructions:
- Slice the dates open and remove the pits.
- Fill each date with a teaspoon of So Vegan So Fine chocolate spread.
- Top each stuffed date with your favourite topping.
- Optionally, let the dates firm up briefly in the fridge.
- Store in an airtight container for a delicious snack at work or school.
