Filled dates


Makes 16 pieces
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:
• 16 dates
• 4 tbsp So Vegan So Fine chocolate spread (any variety)
Topping:
• 1 tbsp chopped hazelnuts
• 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
• 1 tbsp chopped pistachios
• 1 tbsp shredded coconut

Instructions:

  1. Slice the dates open and remove the pits.
  2. Fill each date with a teaspoon of So Vegan So Fine chocolate spread.
  3. Top each stuffed date with your favourite topping.
  4. Optionally, let the dates firm up briefly in the fridge.
  5. Store in an airtight container for a delicious snack at work or school.
