Pistachio Cappuccino


Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp La Vida Vegan pistachio spread
  • 200 ml foamy oat or almond milk
  • 1 shot of espresso





The instructions:

  1. Brew a fresh shot of espresso using your coffee machine or espresso maker.
  2. Heat and whisk the oat or almond milk until it becomes nice and foamy.
  3. Add the pistachio spread to a cup and pour in the hot espresso. Stir well until fully mixed.
  4. Slowly pour the foamy milk over the pistachio-espresso mixture, keeping a smooth layer of foam on top.
  5. Optionally, sprinkle with finely ground pistachios or a pinch of cocoa powder for extra flavour.
  6. pan and bring to a boil. Stir well until the sugar has completely dissolved.
