What you’ll need:
- Chopping board
- Knife
- Oven or oven-safe dish
- Baking paper (optional)
- Spoon for the pistachio spread
Ingredients:
- 4 small croissants (pre-baked or fresh)
- 4 tbsp La Vida Vegan pistachio spread
- 2 tbsp roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
- Optional: fresh raspberries and edible
The instructions:
- Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.
- Generously spread the bottom halves with La Vida Vegan pistachio spread.
- Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and place the top halves back on.
- Place the croissants on a baking tray and warm in a preheated oven at 180°C for 3 to 5 minutes.
- Serve warm with an extra drizzle of pistachio spread and a few more roasted pistachios on top.
- Garnish with fresh raspberries and edible flowers for a festive touch, if desired.
Tip:
These croissants also make a delicious dessert – perfect with a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream.
