Pistachio Croissants with La Vida Vegan Pistachio Spread


Serves: 2 people (4 small croissants)

What you’ll need:

  • Chopping board
  • Knife
  • Oven or oven-safe dish
  • Baking paper (optional)
  • Spoon for the pistachio spread

Ingredients:

  • 4 small croissants (pre-baked or fresh)
  • 4 tbsp La Vida Vegan pistachio spread
  • 2 tbsp roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
  • Optional: fresh raspberries and edible





The instructions:

  1. Slice the croissants in half lengthwise.
  2. Generously spread the bottom halves with La Vida Vegan pistachio spread.
  3. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and place the top halves back on.
  4. Place the croissants on a baking tray and warm in a preheated oven at 180°C for 3 to 5 minutes.
  5. Serve warm with an extra drizzle of pistachio spread and a few more roasted pistachios on top.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries and edible flowers for a festive touch, if desired.

Tip:
These croissants also make a delicious dessert – perfect with a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream.
