Almond Chocolate Croissants


Serves: 4

Ingredients:

  • 4 vegan croissants
  • 8 tbsp So Vegan So Fine Almond Chocolate Spread
  • 70 g flaked almonds
  • 2 tbsp icing sugar

Method:

  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the croissant packaging. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  2. Slice the croissants in half and generously spread the inside with the almond chocolate spread.
  3. Place the tops back on and spread a little more almond spread on top.
  4. Sprinkle generously with flaked almonds.
  5. Warm the croissants in the oven as directed on the packaging.
  6. Allow to cool slightly and dust with icing sugar.
