15 big strawberries
2 tbsp. La Vida Vegan coconut spread
2 tbsp. La Vida Vegan chocolate spread
200 g vegan quark (a thick one!)
4 Oreo golden cookies

Grind the Oreo golden cookies and set aside. Mix the vegan quark with the La Vida Vegan coconut spread and the seeds of the vanilla pod and put it into a piping bag. Wash the strawberries and cut off the crown. Hollow out the strawberries, ideally with a Parisienne scoop. Now, fill the strawberries with La Vida Vegan chocolate spread and then with the vegan quark, using the piping bag. Make sure to make a big swirl! Garnish with chocolate spread and sprinkle with the Oreo golden cookie crumbs and serve immediately.
