Ingredients:
- 4 slices of bread
- 4 tbsp La Vida Vegan White Hazelnut Spread Less Sugar
- 1 ripe pear, peeled if desired
- Pinch of cinnamon
- Handful of hazelnuts (toasted)
Instructions:
- Toast the bread in a toaster or in a pan until golden brown.
- Generously spread each slice with the white hazelnut spread.
- Slice the pear thinly and divide the slices over the toast.
- Roughly chop the hazelnuts and sprinkle them on top.
- Finish with a pinch of cinnamon.
Tip:
Delicious with a drizzle of maple syrup, extra nuts, or a bit of lemon zest.
Serving it warm makes it even better!
