Tropical Chocolate Fruit Bowl

Serves 2

250 g frozen avocado chunks
100 g frozen mango chunks
2 tbsp La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread
2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp oat flakes
150 ml plant-based milk (such as almond, coconut or oat milk)

Optional Toppings:
Blood orange
Pitahaya (Dragon fruit)

The instructions

  1. Ensure you have frozen avocado and mango chunks available. If using fresh avocado and mango, cut them into cubes and freeze them for at least a few hours beforehand.
  2. Place the frozen avocado chunks, frozen mango chunks, La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread, cocoa powder, oat flakes, and plant-based milk in a blender.
  3. Blend the ingredients on high speed until you achieve a smooth and creamy mixture.
  4. Add more plant-based milk if necessary to adjust the consistency to your liking.
  5. Divide the chocolate-fruit mixture evenly between two bowls.
  6. Decorate the bowls with your choice of toppings, such as sliced mango, passion fruit, figs, kiwi, blood orange, blueberries, pitahaya, and chopped hazelnuts.

    Serve the tropical chocolate fruit bowls immediately and enjoy them as a delicious and refreshing breakfast or lunch.
