Vegan Affogato with Hazelnut Spread and Espresso


Serves: 2 people
Prep time: 5 minutes

What you’ll need:

  • Espresso machine or strong coffee
  • Blender (optional, for mixing with oat milk)
  • Spoon
  • Two glasses or dessert bowls

Ingredients:

  • 2 generous scoops of vegan vanilla ice cream
  • 2 freshly brewed espresso shots
  • 2 tsp La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread
  • 100 ml cold oat milk (optional, for extra creaminess)
  • Ice cubes (optional, for an ice-cold version)

The instructions:

  1. Mix the La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread with a small splash of oat milk until smooth.
  2. Divide the hazelnut-oat milk mixture between the bottoms of two glasses.
  3. Add a scoop of vegan vanilla ice cream to each glass.
  4. Slowly pour a freshly brewed espresso over the ice cream.
  5. Serve immediately while the ice cream melts into the warm coffee.

Serving Tip:
Garnish with roasted hazelnuts or vegan chocolate shavings for an extra festive touch.
