Vegan French Toast

Mix the plant-based milk, chia seeds, sugar, cinnamon and vanilla extract in a large bowl and set aside for at least 15 minutes. Melt some vegetable margarine/coconut oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Dip both sides of the slices of bread in the milk mixture and fry until golden brown and crispy. Place the French toast on plates and divide the La Vida Vegan chocolate spread and other toppings over the French toast.

2 tbsp. La Vida Vegan dark chocolate spread
4 slices of bread
200 ml plant-based milk
2 tbsp. chia seeds
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
