Vegan Hot Chaicolate

Serving size: 2 servings


400 ml unsweetened soy milk
50 g La Vida Vegan dark chocolate spread (or other flavor)
10 g cocoa powder
15 g sugar/ahorn or stevia
2 tbsp chia tea blend
vegan whipped cream

The instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a saucepan over medium-high heat.
  2. Bring to a gentle boil while stirring occasionally to prevent burning.
  3. Heat the chia chocolate milk until the chocolate is completely melted and the flavors are well blended.
  4. Once the chia chocolate milk is hot and well blended, pour it through a fine sieve to remove the tea blend.
  5. Pour the warm Vegan Chai Hot Chocolate into a nice glass. Finish with a dollop of vegan whipped cream on top of the hot chocolate drink, if desired.

    Serve the Vegan Chaicolate immediately and enjoy the delicious blend of spicy chai and creamy chocolate.
