Vegan Rocky Road


75 g La Vida Vegan chocolate spread 
250 g chocolate
100 g margarine 
70 g vegan biscuits
30 g mini marshmallows
30 g pistachio nuts
40 g hazelnuts
20 g candied fruits
20 g cranberry’s
2 tl vanilla extract

The instructions

  1. Break the chocolate bar in a large mixing bowl. Add the margarine and melt it in the microwave or au bain-marie. Stir until melted.
  2. Add your toppings (La Vida Vegan chocolate spread, biscuits, mini marshmallows, nuts and candied fruits, cranberry’s and vanilla extract) in the melted chocolate.
  3. Stir until all the ingredients are covered with the melted chocolate, then pour the mixture over in a square baking tin with non-stick baking paper (parchment paper).
  4. Let the rocky road set. Freeze them for about 15-20 minutes, or set them in the fridge for about 3 hours until the chocolate is hard.
  5. Cut the rocky road in small squares and enjoy!
