La Vida Vegan chocolate spread
Vegan Yogurt
Peanut butter (or another nut butter)
Chocolate chips
Coconut Oil*
Optional: peanuts/nuts, fruits, vegan granola
* Coconut oil helps to thin the chocolate, making it easier to spread. It also helps with hardening the chocolate layer, while leaving it soft enough to crack.
The instructions
- Combine yogurt, with peanut butter and mix until well combined.
- Heat the chocolate chips and a little coconut oil in the microwave (for about 20 seconds) until mostly melted. Stir between intervals (about 1 minute total).
- Pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt. Add some La Vida Vegan chocolate spread over the melted chocolate. Sprinkle toppings on top if desired.
- Refrigerate for 40-60 minutes until set.
Crack in and enjoy!
