Vegan Peanut Butter & Chocolate Yogurt Breakfast


Ingredients

La Vida Vegan chocolate spread
Vegan Yogurt
Peanut butter (or another nut butter)
Chocolate chips
Coconut Oil*

Optional: peanuts/nuts, fruits, vegan granola

* Coconut oil helps to thin the chocolate, making it easier to spread. It also helps with hardening the chocolate layer, while leaving it soft enough to crack.

The instructions

  1. Combine yogurt, with peanut butter and mix until well combined.
  2. Heat the chocolate chips and a little coconut oil in the microwave (for about 20 seconds) until mostly melted. Stir between intervals (about 1 minute total).
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the yogurt. Add some La Vida Vegan chocolate spread over the melted chocolate. Sprinkle toppings on top if desired.
  4. Refrigerate for 40-60 minutes until set.
