White chocolate panna cotta with coconut

For 4 persons

2 tbsp. La Vida Vegan coconut spread
750 ml coconut milk
2 g agar agar
6 passion fruits

Pour the coconut milk, La Vida Vegan coconut spread and agar agar in a pan. Whisk until the agar agar dissolves. Bring to boil while stirring and keep at a low fire for another two minutes. Get the pan off the stove and pour the mixture into little glasses. Let it cool and after that, put it in the fridge to let it solidify. Serve the panna cotta in the glasses along with the pulp of one passionfruit.
