4-ingredient chocolate crunch doughnuts

100 g La Vida Vegan chocolate spread
100 g dark chocolate
65 g puffed quinoa
1 tbsp peanut butter

1.Melt the La Vida Vega chocolate spread au bain-marie.
2.Add the peanut butter and mix until the peanut butter is evenly distributed.
3.Finally, mix in the puffed quinoa and a pinch of salt.
4.Divide this mixture between the silicone donut mold and place it on a tray.
5.Tap the tray a few times on the workbench so that the mixture spreads evenly.
6.Don’t have a donut mold? No problem, just spoon the mixture into a cake tin lined with pastic.
7.Let the chocolate harden and serve with coffee or tea.
