Banana split


For 2 servings

Ingredients

2 tbsp La Vida Vegan Chocolate spread
2 bananas
4 tbsp vegan yogurt
50g blueberries
50g raspberries
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Peel the bananas and cut them in the length in half.
  2. Place the bananas on two plates.
  3. Scoop a good spoonful of vegan yoghurt on top of the banana.
  4. Divide the blueberries and raspberries.
  5. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds and cacao nibs
  6. Finish the banana split with La Vida Vegan chocolate spread
  7. Enjoy your delicious homemade banana split!
