Blue smoothie bowl

For 2 bowls

2 tbsp. La Vida Vegan coconut spread
2 bananas, including 1 frozen banana
1 apple
400 ml coconut milk
5 tbsp. broken oats
1 tsp. blue spirulina powder
Coconut flakes

Pour the La Vida Vegan coconut spread, frozen banana, apple, coconut milk, broken oats and blue spirulina powder into a food processor and mix until it becomes smooth (and thus a smoothie!) Pour the blue smoothie into a bowl and garnish with blueberries, blackberries, granola and coconut flakes. Enjoy your healthy breakfast!
