Blueberry Almond Overnight Oats


For 1 serving
Preparation time: 5 minutes + at least 4 hours soaking

Ingredients:

  • 50 g rolled oats
  • 150 ml almond drink
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 handful blueberries
  • 1 tbsp La Vida Vegan almond spread

Topping:

  • Extra blueberries
  • Flaked almonds
  • Almond spread (swirl)

Instructions:

  1. Combine the oats, almond drink, chia seeds, blueberries, and La Vida Vegan almond spread in a sealable jar.
  2. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Serve with extra fresh blueberries, flaked almonds, and a swirl of almond spread.
