No-bake Granola Bars


For about 12 bars
Preperation time:
15 minutes + 2 hours chilling

Ingredients:

  • 180 g rolled oats
  • 150 g La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread
  • 80 ml agave syrup
  • 40 g pistachios
  • 40 g walnuts
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 50 g coconut oil

Tip: Add melted dark chocolate for extra firm bars.
Variation: Swap in other nuts, dried fruits, or seeds to taste!

Instructions:

  1. Line a square baking tin (20×20 cm) with baking paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the oats, pistachios, walnuts, cinnamon, and salt.
  3. Heat the agave syrup over low heat until it begins to thicken.
  4. Add the La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread and coconut oil, and stir until smooth.
  5. Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well until everything sticks together.
  6. Press the mixture firmly into the baking tin.
  7. Chill for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
  8. Cut into bars and store in the fridge or freezer.
