For about 12 bars
Preperation time: 15 minutes + 2 hours chilling
Ingredients:
- 180 g rolled oats
- 150 g La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread
- 80 ml agave syrup
- 40 g pistachios
- 40 g walnuts
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 50 g coconut oil
Tip: Add melted dark chocolate for extra firm bars.
Variation: Swap in other nuts, dried fruits, or seeds to taste!
Instructions:
- Line a square baking tin (20×20 cm) with baking paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, pistachios, walnuts, cinnamon, and salt.
- Heat the agave syrup over low heat until it begins to thicken.
- Add the La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread and coconut oil, and stir until smooth.
- Pour the warm mixture over the dry ingredients and stir well until everything sticks together.
- Press the mixture firmly into the baking tin.
- Chill for at least 2 hours in the fridge.
- Cut into bars and store in the fridge or freezer.
