Coconut Frappé


For 1 large glass
Preparation time: 10 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 200 ml coconut milk (or other plant-based milk)
  • 2 scoops plant-based vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tbsp La Vida Vegan white coconut spread
  • 1 cup espresso, cooled
  • Optional: agave syrup or maple syrup to taste

Topping:

  • Plant-based whipped cream
  • Toasted coconut flakes
  • Swirl of La Vida Vegan white coconut spread

Instructions:

  1. Add La Vida Vegan white coconut spread, ice cubes, coconut milk, vanilla ice cream, espresso, and optional agave syrup to a blender.
  2. Blend until you have a frothy, creamy frappé.
  3. Pour into a glass and top with plant-based whipped cream, coconut flakes, and a swirl of coconut spread.
