Preparation time: 10 minutes
Ingredients:
- 200 ml coconut milk (or other plant-based milk)
- 2 scoops plant-based vanilla ice cream
- 2 tbsp La Vida Vegan white coconut spread
- 1 cup espresso, cooled
- Optional: agave syrup or maple syrup to taste
Topping:
- Plant-based whipped cream
- Toasted coconut flakes
- Swirl of La Vida Vegan white coconut spread
Instructions:
- Add La Vida Vegan white coconut spread, ice cubes, coconut milk, vanilla ice cream, espresso, and optional agave syrup to a blender.
- Blend until you have a frothy, creamy frappé.
- Pour into a glass and top with plant-based whipped cream, coconut flakes, and a swirl of coconut spread.
