Chocolate peanut butter cups

One of the most popular types of confectionery from America: the peanut butter cups. Made with La Vida Vegan dark chocolate spread, they are even better. You only need four ingredients.


  1. Melt half of the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.
  2. Line the muffin tin with paper cups.
  3. Divide the melted chocolate over the cups and spread the sides with the chocolate using a brush.
  4. Let the chocolate harden for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
  5. Fill the cups with a layer of La Vida Vegan dark chocolate spread.
  6. Mix the peanut butter with icing sugar and divide between the cups.
  7. Melt the remaining dark chocolate and fill the cups further.
  8. Place the peanut butter cups in the refrigerator for at least an hour until the chocolate has hardened.


  • 100 g La Vida Vegan dark chocolate spread
  • 200 g dark chocolate
  • 150 g peanut butter with chunks of peanut
  • 3 tbsp. powdered sugar
