One of the most popular types of confectionery from America: the peanut butter cups. Made with La Vida Vegan dark chocolate spread, they are even better. You only need four ingredients.
Instructions
- Melt half of the dark chocolate in a bain-marie.
- Line the muffin tin with paper cups.
- Divide the melted chocolate over the cups and spread the sides with the chocolate using a brush.
- Let the chocolate harden for at least 15 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Fill the cups with a layer of La Vida Vegan dark chocolate spread.
- Mix the peanut butter with icing sugar and divide between the cups.
- Melt the remaining dark chocolate and fill the cups further.
- Place the peanut butter cups in the refrigerator for at least an hour until the chocolate has hardened.

- 100 g La Vida Vegan dark chocolate spread
- 200 g dark chocolate
- 150 g peanut butter with chunks of peanut
- 3 tbsp. powdered sugar
