120 g La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread
2 rolls of pizza dough
Fruit: kiwi, mango, raspberry, grapes, mint
20 g sweet popcorn
2 mint sprigs

400 g flour, type ’00
7 g dried yeast
5 g salt
240 ml water, lukewarm
2 tbsp olive oil
Preparation
- Preheat the oven with bottom heat to 250°C.
- Wash or peel the fruit.
- Slice or slice the fruit and keep aprt.
- Dust your workbench with some flour and press the balls of dough into a pizza about 30cm in diameter.
- Generously spread the pizza with La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread and bake the pizza for about 8 min.
- Top the pizza with slices of kiwi, mango, raspberries and grapes.
- Sprinkle with sweet popcorn and some mint and serve right away.
Pizza dough:
- Mix the yeast with the lukewarm water.
- Put all other ingredients in a bowl, mix briefly, then add the water with the yeast. Knead into a cohesive dough in 10 minutes.
- Let the dough rest for 15 min, covered, then divide into 2 equal parts and ball them up.
- Let the dough rise, covered, at room temperature for at least an hour.
