Chocolate pizza


Ingredients
For 2 pers.

120 g La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread
2 rolls of pizza dough
Fruit: kiwi, mango, raspberry, grapes, mint
20 g sweet popcorn
2 mint sprigs

Make your own dough?
400 g flour, type ’00
7 g dried yeast
5 g salt
240 ml water, lukewarm
2 tbsp olive oil

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven with bottom heat to 250°C.
  2. Wash or peel the fruit.
  3. Slice or slice the fruit and keep aprt.
  4. Dust your workbench with some flour and press the balls of dough into a pizza about 30cm in diameter.
  5. Generously spread the pizza with La Vida Vegan hazelnut spread and bake the pizza for about 8 min.
  6. Top the pizza with slices of kiwi, mango, raspberries and grapes.
  7. Sprinkle with sweet popcorn and some mint and serve right away.

Pizza dough:

  1. Mix the yeast with the lukewarm water.
  2. Put all other ingredients in a bowl, mix briefly, then add the water with the yeast. Knead into a cohesive dough in 10 minutes.
  3. Let the dough rest for 15 min, covered, then divide into 2 equal parts and ball them up.
  4. Let the dough rise, covered, at room temperature for at least an hour.
