- 50 g white chocolate (vegan)
- 120 ml strawberry puree (fresh or defrosted frozen strawberries)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon red food colouring (optional, for a more vibrant pink colour)
- 2 strawberries (for garnish)
- Vegan whipped cream (for topping)

The instructions:
- If using fresh or frozen strawberries, blend them into a smooth puree. You can heat them in a pan beforehand to make blending easier.
- Heat the plant-based milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Do not let it boil.
- Add the La Vida Vegan White Hazelnut Spread and sugar, stirring until fully dissolved.
- Stir in the white chocolate and continue mixing until completely melted.
- Add the strawberry puree and vanilla extract to the warm mixture.
- For a more vibrant pink colour, add a few drops of red food colouring and mix well.
- Pour the warm strawberry hot chocolate into a mug.
- Top with a generous dollop of vegan whipped cream and garnish with a strawberry on top.
